Ric Ventura lifts Ventura's Aces to bag double

rising Ric Ventura excelled to power his team Ventura's Aces to bag the Bowler and Team of the Week awards in the 16th week of FBGR Thursday Bowling League, 8th Conference sponsored by Almarai Company and supported by the ABS-CBN The Filipino Channel (TFC).
Ventura's Aces team mentored and managed by Ric Ventura, the Week's Best Bowler, upset the heavy favorite Orbit Pinoy Plus by posting 22 big points to romp-away the Team of the Week Award. Ventura's Aces fell short by two points for a perfect 24.
The unstoppable Ventura, a Class D player, led his team by tallying a four-game series of 839. His teammates Ruben Tan, Sydney Kawi and Jerry Domiray provided splendid support by contributing separate four-game series of 834, 830 and 821, while Sonny Alviso added an important series of 780.
Leading scorers for Orbit Pinoy Plus was Atoi Ramos with 895 series scratch in four games. Ramos carded 249, 172, 268 and 206 in four games. Pastor Rodel Canda tallied 779 points, while Wilson Bacala and Larry Baleros scored 757 and 717 points, respectively.
Ariel Feliciano and Glenn Espiritu chipped in with separate series of 404 and 367 in two games.
Pangasinan Waves walloped Nadec Strokers, 16-10. Topscoring for Pangasinan Waves, captained by Mario Salvador, was Dioquino with a series of 792 (212, 203, 180 and 197). Following him were Solas (762), Balisi (741) and Fahad Al-Haza (729). Omar Valdez and Ronnie Arizo chipped in with 417 and 380 series in two matches.
Charles Rosauro (777), Jove Marano (757) and Leody Ersando (746) were on the roll for Nadec Strokers. Fem Baracoso, Lope Ramirez and Reynald Medina seared the lanes to register 551, 497 and 391.
Over Hit dismantled SABB 15-7 thanks to Dennis Gabriel (814) and southpaw Arnold Quindara (735). Victor Edan, Noel Ordonez and Art Yukong impressed by posting scores of 659, 550 and 542, while Hani Al-Nasleh shared 388 series in two games. Ace Jun Bantug and Arnold Jesena sealed 673 and 632 points, respectively. Yasser Mohamad and Jojo Paciano drilled 394 and 338 points.
