The Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (Hai'a) arrested four drunk persons in Khamis Mushayt Tuesday in two separate incidents of public intoxication. Hai'a staff reportedly observed the suspicious behavior of two youths close to the municipal gardens, and when the pair were approached they were found to be carrying two bottles of alcohol. A Hai'a spokesman later revealed that another two individuals who later transpired to be illegal immigrants had been detained in a state of inebriation close to Wadi Bish.
