Brother International Corporation Gulf (BICG), a global leader in the development and manufacturing of printing, communication and digital imaging products for homes, SOHOs and enterprises, has concluded a business planning workshop for its key distributors in the region, which involved discussions on how to increase market share, raise profit margin and drive growth in the MFC market. The manufacturer also honored its top partners in the Middle East during the event, including the Saudi-based Al-Maktaba Co. Ltd. as BICG's ‘Bronze Partner for Sales & Marketing in the Region', along with Jumbo Electronics Co. Ltd. (UAE) and Electronic Business Equipment SARL (Lebanon), who were awarded as Gold and Silver partners, respectively. A total of 20 distributors from different countries across the Middle East and Africa attended the workshop, where top management officials from BICG announced the company's strategy to focus on high-end inkjet MFCs printer market as well as color laser MFC segment in the year ahead. In addition, BICG reiterated the importance of maintaining the current level of product movement for mono laser MFCs, and revealed plans to undertake massive eMarketing initiatives across the region.
