Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, Emir of Makkah Region, presented an honorary shield to Bank Aljazirah, in recognition of its support for the Jeddah Ghair 1430 Festival. The honor was bestowed on Bank Aljazirah, the official bank of Jeddah's biggest summer event, at a recent ceremony where His Royal Highness presented the shield to Sager Nader Shah, general manager of Retail Banking Group on behalf of the chief executive of Bank Aljazirah. Shah said: “I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks and gratitude to Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, Governor of Makkah Region, for honoring Bank Aljazirah which has spared no efforts to support events and activities that contribute to the welfare of the community in which it operates.” Jeddah Summer Festival has successfully drawn thousands of tourists from across the Kingdom and beyond and in so doing has contributed significantly not only to the growth of tourism in Jeddah but to its economy as well.
