HP taps JCCS as professional service partner in Kingdom
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 19 - 07 - 2009

HP Technology Services Group (TSG) appointed on Saturday Jeraisy Computer & Communication Services (JCCS), the largest system integrator in Saudi Arabia, as its first Professional Service Partner (PSP) in Saudi Arabia.
The PSP authorization, a prestigious and well-regarded title available only to HP ‘s Gold Partners, is one of the three service specializations that falls under the HP Preferred Partner Program.
JCCS was selected for their demonstrated skills and commitment to meet the customers' business needs for high-end solution services in Saudi Arabia. As HP's preferred partner, JCCS will further support HP's objectives to expand its operations and reach among the customers in the Kingdom.
JCCS is the single largest provider of IT solutions within Saudi Arabia. Known for its technological expertise and unrivaled services, JCCS has become a name synonymous with providing the most effective and cost efficient computer and communication services across the Kingdom.
“The Professional Service Partner authorization strengthens our position as trusted technology partners to global vendors and end-users in Saudi Arabia.
Companies depend on reliable, flexible and cost effective technology to run their businesses and as advisors to our customers, this certification recognizes our ability and commitment to offering them the right technology to effectively meet their business objectives,” said, Khalid Shangiti, chief executive officer, Jeraisy Computer & Communication Services.
As HP ‘s first Professional Service Partner, JCCS will be fully authorized to implement HP's broad range of Storage and BladeSystem solutions across Saudi Arabia. For customers, this means that they can be assured of receiving the best-in-class planning, design and implementation, backed by HP's world-class services.
“At HP we are constantly looking to provide our partners with a compelling value proposition that will allow them to effectively sell and deliver HP solutions and services to our customers in Saudi. The PSP certification recognizes the expertise and strength of a channel partner and their ability to support our business operations in the region. JCCS have been one of the pioneers in offering technology services in the region and our partnership with them is a crucial step in expanding our operations in Saudi Arabia,” said Ziad Mortaja, Managing Director and Technology Solutions Group Lead, HP Saudi Arabia. “Our goal is to generate enhanced revenues and business opportunities for our channel partners while extending our portfolio of services to suit the needs of our end customers. “
HP started its Saudi Arabia operation in 2001 and today is one of the leading technology solutions providers in the country. In its ongoing efforts to offer distinguished products and solutions, HP continues to broaden its services with the support of its channel partners in the region. The partnership will also allow JCCS to have exclusive opportunity to participate in HP's new business growth initiatives and contribute to the development for HP branded services in the region.
