The kidnapping of a girl resulted in killing of six people including three women of the same family in Charsadda district of the North West Frontier Province (NWFP). The gruesome incident took place in sub-district Shabqadar. Police said that opponents attacked the house of a person named Sher Wali in the wee hours of Friday on the issue of a girl's kidnapping in Shanoghundo. They said that the attackers murdered Sher Wali, his sons Ibadat Shah and Gul Shad, wife Sarwa, daughters Nadia and Fatima. The abducted girl and two other persons sustained injuries. Police said that Sher Wali was accused of kidnapping a girl from Lakro of Mohmand Agency. Her famil reacted violently. Police shifted the dead bodies and wounded persons to the Shabqadar hospital and started investigation. Efforts are being made to arrest the culprits. They said the accused would be arrested soon.
