A Saudi convicted of the murder of a fellow citizen was beheaded here on Wednesday, the Interior Ministry said. Musaffar Otaibi was found guilty of killing Hamad Al-Ruq with a blow to the head with a stick following an argument, a ministry statement said. Under the country's Islamic Shariah law, rape, murder, apostasy, armed robbery and drug trafficking are punishable by execution.
