9-year-old suffers electrical fitting shock

year-old child is in intensive care after suffering an electric shock from a cable on the roof of the family home Monday. The child reportedly suffered 45 degree burns after touching what his family describes as “unsafe electrical fittings” which they have asked local authorities to rectify.
