Hai'a pins down alcohol dealer

A Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (Hai'a) squad was confronted by a knife-wielding alcohol dealer of African nationality Tuesday during a raid in farm in Khamis Mushayt. Hai'a staff reportedly brought the individual under control before passing him over to police as they uncovered an alcohol production operation at the site.
