6 kilos of heroin seized in a fortnight

Customs officials revealed Saturday that they had seized six kilograms of heroin over the past two weeks at King Abdul Aziz International Airport in Jeddah. The drug was found in the possession of 11 persons entering the Kingdom on Umrah visas who had hidden it in a variety of means, including in bags, in the heels of their shoes, and in their stomachs.
