The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) moved Tuesday to pull American Kroger popcorn products from local markets because of possible salmonella contamination. The SFDA said it was working with relevant authorities to clear the market of the products, a move which comes after the US Food and Drug Administration announced the recall of Kroger-brand popcorn seasoning and butter-flavored sprinkles in the US.
