Al Lube, Usfan and Pak Young score wins

Fine knocks by Riyaz (76) and Ejaz (61) powered A1 Lube to a 7-wicket win over a fancied Kanoo, substantial contributions from Majed (57), Adnan (55) and Akmal (45 n.o.) helped Usfan Young Cricketers also record another 7-wicket win over Saliheen Cricket Club and Pak Young beat KAIA by 9 wickets in the Otex Cup Division-1Championship, which is organized by the Jeddah Cricket Association (JCA) and sponsored by the Otex Express Cargo Service at the JCA Complex at Usfan.
Kanoo scored 178-6 in the allotted 18 overs. Sami Khan topscored with 76 off just 27 balls with 9 fours and 5 sixes. The other contributors were Jaweed (18), Kamran (16) and Nawaz (17). Riaz took 2-34, Bilal 2-24, Shadab and Adil had one wicket each.
In reply, A1 Lube scored 181-3 in just 14 overs. Ejaz set the pattern with an elegant 61 from 22 balls with 3 fours and 5 sixes. Riyaz hit a quickfire 76 off 41 balls. Their partnership was worth 111 rfor the second wicket. Off-spinner Majid Shaikh claimed 2-35 and Mansoor 1-55.
Saliheen scored 184-5 through Noor (44), Atif (37) and captain Irfan (50 off 26 balls). Irshad got 2-46 while Javed and Imran had one wicket each.
Usfan Cricketers made 191-3 in 14 overs. Majed was the top scorer with 57 in only 14 balls with 7 sixes and 3 fours. Adnan made 55 and Akmal remained unbeaten on 45 from 12 balls for a 7-wicket win.
KAIA was all out for 122. Ghufran scored 46, Absar 23 and Saeed 22. Pak Young, in reply, reached the target (123-1) in just 9.2 overs as Imran hit 25, Arshad was retired for 46, while Ismail remained unbeaten on 36. In the second week matches, a record 201 runs was made by ICC's Nade2em who hit 41 runs off the first over with six sixes and a four off no ball.
His double ton came from just 64 balls and it gave his team ICC a 9-wicket win over Al Lube. Riyaz's 114 off 33 balls, Iqbal's 72 and Khurram's 70 went in vain for Al Lube.
In the second match, Kanoo gained a 50-run win against Micro Engineering as Mumraiz Khan blasted a century (102) and took 2-22. Kanoo made 211- 6. In reply Micro Engineering mananged 161-5.
In the third match, Pak Young won by 5 wickets over Saudia City as Nadir Toor took 3-18.
Saudia City, batting first, made 116-7. Zaheer topscored made 28, Ashfaq 15, Saad 14 and Akram 15. Nadir Toor took 3-18 and Rafiq 2-20. Pak Young powered to 117-5 in 15.3 overs as Ismail hit 26, Imran 18, Arshad 18 and Shakeel 17 not out. Hisham claimed 3-16 and Javed 2
