A smuggler with 24 kg of hashish was taken to hospital Monday after he crashed his car while attempting to flee border authorities. Officials fired warning shots to stop the driver, but instead he sped off, crashing his vehicle and exposing the illegal narcotics which he had hidden in a cargo of flour.
