learning has come to an end, Prince Faisal Bin Abdullah Bin Muhammad, Minister of Education, has said. Prince Faisal, speaking at the culture of dialogue trainers' forum in Riyadh Sunday, said that the demise of rote-learning in the Kingdom's schools would be accompanied by the arrival of an age of rational thinking and dialogue. “We need effective, professional educators capable of turning theories into practice,” Prince Faisal said. “Criticism is a pillar of education, and pupils need to absorb the culture of dialogue from an early age,” he told the forum. “There needs to be an integral relationship between school, teacher and home.” Exam cheats banned Thirty students have had their examination results thrown in the bin for cheating, the National Center for Assessment (NCA) has revealed. The students, who sat the national university entrance examination, were found to have solicited the services of others persons to take the test in their stead, resulting in NCA banning them from resitting the test for a year.
