Mobily on Saturday cut its rate for international calls made between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM to 66 halalas per minute. The discount for prepaid and postpaid services will last up to Aug. 3, the company announced. The offer is not valid for subscribers of the Rehal visitor's plan. The lower rate is for all countries except Ethiopia, Somalia, Lichtenstein, Afghanistan, Sao Tome and Principe. Mobily's data arm, Bayanat Al-Oula, meanwhile launched a new speed (512 kbps) for its WiMax service. The announcement of a faster choice of browsing and download speed was coupled with a promotional offer of a WiFi modem plus three months' subscription for SR555.
