STC launches largest VIP Services Center

STC launched the biggest VIP center ever to introduce STC's special services to Al-Tamayoz customers.
The launch ceremony was attended by Jameel Al-Molhem, VP Personal Services and Murad Al-Sulaiman, deputy chairman of the International Tourism and Travel Agency, STC's strategic partner for VIP services “Concierge”.
In the launch ceremony, Al-Molhem and Al-Sulaiman toured the new VIP Center and took a closer look at the state-of-the-art equipment and the luxurious private environment being offered to Al-Tamayoz customers including the provision of high level travel and tourism services inside the Kingdom and around the world.
The opening of this unique VIP Center comes as a new addition to STC's successes in making an “easier life” for our customers' and show appreciation for their support add to that meeting their wishes anytime and anywhere.
“Launching this VIP Center and the high quality services is a result of years of experience in providing VIP services to our Tamayoz customers. We began this process in 2004 with a purpose to provide comfort and peace of mind to our customers.”
Al-Molhem added that “the new center will provide our affluent customers high level travel and tourism services inside and outside the Kingdom, including travel and tourism and transportation services, meet and greet at airports, gift delivery, bookings, visas, and other travel and tourism related services. These services even if provided by other companies usually take place outside Saudi Arabia. Our value proposition is to take care of our customers within the Kingdom with services that cover them globally where ever they go.”
The Center confirms that STC does not limit itself in a certain location but operates through a vast network across the world helping customers complete their work anywhere on earth with utmost credibility, speed, and non-traditional promotions. Add to that the quick response to customer needs and whatever its takes to make the customer's life easier and his travel most rewarding, Al Molhem further said.
Al-Sulaiman said “the VIP center will introduce high-level travel services for STC customers and focus on their comfort during their travel and stay. In addition to that the Center will provide customers with information about any tourist destination. Furthermore the Center will offer customers with unique services specially tailored to Al Tamayoz customers which include aviation, hotels, special cars ensuring the best vacation possible.”
“STC has a good reputation in building customer loyalty and offering products and services that can make their lives easier. International Tourism and Travel Agency is also committed to meet the needs and requirements of customers to ensure impeccable delivery of services in a timely and professional manner,” he added.
In 2004, Al-Tamayoz was the first VIP program to be launched by a telecommunications operator in the world to introduce special services to affluent customers.
The program consists of three categories with three different privilege levels, “Diamond” category, “Gold” category and “Silver” category.
