9 new cases of swine flu

The Ministry of Health announced Thursday that nine new cases of AH1N1 swine flu had been registered in the Kingdom.
The virus was detected, according to the ministry, in four males and five females, bringing the total number of registered cases to 98.
The ministry noted that 80 persons had so far made full recoveries from the virus and returned to their daily lives.
The Ministry of Health reiterated that all measures were being taken to prevent the spread of swine flu and repeated its request for the public to make use of its information hotline for any enquiries concerning the virus at 8002494444.
