Students planning to join a number of university language and translation colleges and applicants for scholarships from the General Organization for Social Insurance, are to undergo English language tests at the National Center for Assessment in Higher Education (NCAHE). Prince Faisal Bin Abdullah Al-Mishary Al-Saud, NCAHE Director, said registration for the tests would be open from July 1 to 11 and conducted through the center's website HYPERLINK “http://www.qeyas.com” www.qeyas.com The tests will be set on July 16 in Riyadh, Dammam, Makkah, Taif and Najran. Prince Faisal said the examination would be required of students applying for language and translation colleges at the universities of Umm Al-Qura, Taif and Najran, and applicants for scholarships from the General Organization for Social Insurance, as well as female students applying to English Language departments at the College of Languages and Translation and the College of Arts at Princess Noora Bint Abdul Rahman University in Riyadh. Prince Faisal said applicants should coordinate with those departments requiring the tests and inquire of the remaining conditions and procedures necessary for the submission of applications.
