A Bangladeshi woman was killed and her husband and children injured when their vehicle overturned on the Riyadh to Qassim Expressway Monday night, on a day which also saw multiple injuries to a family whose car collided with a transport truck in Al-Majma'a, and four other persons in accidents on the Taif to Riyadh road. Two persons in parked vehicle by the southbound highway from Riyadh to Qassim had a fortunate escape when a speeding truck carrying a cargo of sand smashed into their car. The passengers managed to jump from the car only moments before the collision, while the truck driver required hospital attention for minor injuries.
