King Abdullah and Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak are to hold a summit meeting in Jeddah Sunday to discuss issues including the Arab response to Benjamin Netanyahu's recent speech, the Palestinian reconciliation process and strengthening Saudi-Egyptian strategic relations.
