Prince Saud Bin Abdul Mohsin, Emir of Hail Region, is scheduled to launch the first new hotel to be built in the region since 1979. The launching of the hotel, which is the third hotel to be built in Hail, will take place in the presence of Sheikh Abdul Mohsin Al-Hokair, President of Al-Hokair Group and a number of businessmen in the region. Bandar Al-Hokair, Deputy Director General and member of the Board of Directors of Al-Hokair Group and Director of Projects, said that workers are racing against time to put final touches to the hotel, which was constructed according to the highest international standards using modern three-dimensional décor and harmonious matching colors that were carefully selected by optical experts. Al-Hokair pointed out that the hotel has a capacity of 150 rooms and suites of various sizes depending on the interests of the ordinary visitor or businessman besides special luxury suites for VIP guests. Al-Hokair added that there are quiet sitting areas designed to give privacy and suiting all tastes. He said the hotel would host visiting delegations which could make use of the meeting halls, secretarial staff, and two other halls named Al-Khaldia and Al-Mosa'idiah. The wedding hall has a capacity of 300 guests, and the hotel has the largest restaurant in the region which can serve 1,000 people at a time.
