The report indicates that 80 percent of the world's refugees and a vast majority of internally displaced persons are in developing nations. Of the global total of uprooted people, UNHCR cares for 25 million, including a record 14.4 million IDPs - up from 13.7 million in 2007 and 10.5 million refugees. __
