Meanwhile, Bangladesh said Friday it had detected its first H1N1 case, a man who returned to the country from the United States. “The first swine flu case has been detected in Bangladesh. The patient, now under treatment, has arrived from the USA,” Health Minister Ruhul Haque told reporters. He gave no further details. The new strain of swine flu is officially a pandemic now, according to the World Health Organization.
