Emaar Middle East has announced the launch of new villas in Al-Ghadeer Village, the second residential community that was launched last year within the Al-Khobar Lakes development. A limited collection of luxurious villas of different sizes starting from 275 sq m, with affordable prices that start from SR1,228,000, will be unveiled for sale from June 17 at the Al- Khobar Lakes Sales Centre. A model of the Al-Khobar Lakes project is being showcased at Cityscape Saudi Arabia, at Jeddah Centre for Forums and Events. Al-Ghadeer is located over an area of 217,910 sq m with the villas set in plot sizes that start at 390 sq m. All villas have private fences and are connected to the other villas with a well-knit street system and walkways. The Village has 14,800 sq m of water bodies, over 8,500 sq m of greenery and open spaces and a mosque.
