Health Affairs in the Northern Border province began investigations on Saturday into accusations that two doctors of Arab origin took photographs of a female patient during surgery on her uterus at Rafha General Hospital. Investigators responded to a report from management at Rafha General Hospital and reported one of the doctors as saying he took a photograph in order to document the case when they found a fetus outside the patient's uterus. Police were called to the hospital at the time of the operation after two relatives of the patient engaged in a heated argument with the two doctors performing the surgery.
