Crown Steel and Pak Kashmir won the Level-I and Level-II Dilse T20 championships here. Crown Steel defeated Zultec by 8 wickets while Pak Kashmir defeated Kanoo in the finals of the event which was organized under the auspices of the Saudi Cricket Center (SCC) and organized by Western Province Cricket Association. For Zultec Rahat Choudhry took charge after Abdullah Essa had got off to a quick start. Rahat's 40 runs came from 26 deliveries while Abdullah played an unbeaten innings of 78. The pair added 73 in 6 overs but credit must go to the Crown's attack which rattled the middle order as batsmen departed in quick succession. Only Anis Malik (14), Yousaf (17) and Ajmal (17) stayed on to prevent a collapse. The innings was wrapped up for 190. Ejaz snatched 3 for 22 and Shoaib Ali 2 for 19. Chasing the challenging total, Shafique capitalized on the medium-pacers. He smashed 11 fours during his 93 runs innings which earned him the Man of the Match award. Abid Nasim joined in after Hammad fell for 20 and put up a partnership of 92 runs. He scored 55 with 2 sixes and 5 fours. Crown raced to the target in 19th over as both the batsmen found fours in each over. In the Level II final, Arshad of Kanoo carried out a brutal assault that broke Pak Kashmir's resistance from the very beginning. His firepower helped Kanoo set up a 207-run target for Pak Kashmir. He finally fell for 91 off 49 balls while Rashid and Mamraiz scored 31 and 43 respectively. Khoban of Pak Kashmir claimed 2 for 25. In the pursuit of testing total, Pak Kashmir had two to thank veterans Waqas and Uzair for their explosive batting. Waqas's 40 came off 21 balls while Uzair hammered 42 off 29 deliveries.
