The District Court in Jeddah has sentenced a Bangladeshi aircraft cleaning worker to two months' prison and 120 lashes for stealing three telephones. The man, who was found by police in possession of the telephones, said he had not claimed to own the telephones but had instead found them and had looked for their owners but without success.
