Police in Makkah are searching for the man responsible for a hit-and-run incident in which a 12-year-old handicapped boy was injured. Ibrahim Abdul Karim, who walks with the aid of crutches, suffered further injuries when a car hit him in the Al-Aziziya District of Makkah on Monday, resulting in a broken leg.
