AC Milan's Brazilian playmaker Kaka and Villareal's Chilean coach Manuel Pellegrini will be the first signings by Florentino Perez when he takes over as president of Real Madrid next week, a radio report said. Cadena Ser radio said Perez would present Pellegrini at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium on Tuesday, and Kaka on June 4. Perez led Real from 2000 to 2006, when it earned the nickname “Los Galacticos”, winning the Primera Liga twice and the European Champions League with such stars as Zinedine Zidane, Ronaldo, Luis Figo and David Beckham. The 62-year-old is expected to be returned as president on Monday. Perez became the sole candidate for president after candidate Eduardo Garcia stepped down earlier Thursday. Cadena Ser said AC Milan is ready to release Kaka for 65 million euros. Perez plans to replace Juande Ramos as coach with Pelligrini, who has been at Villareal since 2004. Chelsea eyes Ribery deal Chelsea has made a 43.7-million-pound bid to sign France winger Franck Ribery from Bayern Munich, according to reports in England on Thursday. Ribery has been recommended to Chelsea by AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti, who is the favorite to take charge at Stamford Bridge once Guus Hiddink resumes his full-time role as Russia coach next month. The Independent newspaper claims Chelsea's chief executive Peter Kenyon has sanctioned the offer for former Marseille star Ribery, which includes an annual net salary of 4.7 million pounds. The transfer fee would be just short of the world record 46 million pounds paid by Real Madrid for Ribery's former France teammate Zinedine Zidane. However, Ribery is said to earn seven million euros a year in Germany and wants a salary closer to that before he agrees to move to west London. He is likely to have other suitors, with Manchester United and Real Madrid both reported to be interested in signing him. Meanwhile, Blues midfielder Deco has revealed he is in talks with Inter Milan. The Portugal playmaker moved to Chelsea last year from Barcelona, but struggled to make an impact under Luiz Felipe Scolari and was then left out entirely by Hiddink.
