Police are searching for the man responsible for the death of a Yemeni who died under the wheels of his own vehicle while attempting to prevent the thief from stealing it. The incident occurred in the Al-Raseefa district of Makkah on Thursday when the Yemeni man, who was a pharmacist's accountant in his fifties, spotted a person inside his car preparing to steal the vehicle. When the thief realized he had been spotted he tried to speed off and the Yemeni owner moved to block his path. The Yemeni man was hit by the car and suffered multiple fractures to the skull and body, and died a few hours after being admitted to hospital.
