Police in Jeddah are searching for an Indonesian housemaid who kidnapped Wednesday the two-month-old child of her Saudi employers. The child's father, Mohammed Al-Subei'i, said he left his daughter, Maha, with the maid while he, his wife and his father went out on Wednesday afternoon, only to return to their house in Naseem District after half an hour to find the maid and his daughter gone. The Indonesian woman has been named as Ayit Nour Hayati, and police have appealed for anyone with any information as to the whereabouts of Hayati or the child to come forward. Authorities are continuing their search have alerted all land, sea and air points of exit in the Kingdom.
