Authorities have started gradually allowing people to enter Al-Eis town in the daytime. No one is allowed to enter the city in the evening. The move is basically meant to protect the personal belongings and cars of the evacuated people. Security sources said people can only have access to the city in the daytime after verifying their identities. Colonel Zuhair Ahmed Sabeh, the Civil Defense commander in the area, said that he has not yet received instructions to allow evacuees to return to the city.
