A speeding Toyota Camry car hit a Pakistani expatriate man at the crossing of Sahafa and Al-Moallifeen Streets on Thursday evening. The man flung into the air and fell on to the street and badly injured in the process. Several police cars arrived at the scene and a doctor was called to attend to the man before the arrival of the ambulance. The driver of the Toyota Camry car, a Saudi, escaped the scene but later returned and was taken into custody.
