Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Daredevils recorded victories in the Indian Premier League on Saturday. Two Australians treated a buzzing Mohali crowd to a run-fest. Unfortunately for Kings XI Punjab, James Hopes' 32-ball 71 couldn't overhaul a massive target of 241 set by the Chennai Super Kings which was powered by a scintillating unbeaten 114 by Michael Hussey. With Yuvraj Singh dethroned early the Punjab side could only muster 207 for 4. Earlier, Chennai skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni opted to bat first on what looked a dry pitch. In Delhi, the Daredevils restricted Rajasthan Royals to 129 for 8 and then romped home to 132 for one in 15.1 overs as Gautam Gambhir and Shikhar Dhawan remained unbeaten on 58 and 52 respectively. After two first-innings totals which had gone in excess of 200, the bowlers at last had their say at the Feroz Shah Kotla. Rajasthan didn't have a chance after its batsmen had floundered badly, putting up just 129. The only bit that went right for Rajasthan was the toss, which Shane Warne won and had little hesitation in choosing to bat.Brief scores: Rajasthan Royals 129-8 (Watson 21 (15 balls), Jadeja 29 (23), Salunkhe not out 26 (20) - McGrath 1-21, Maharoof 2-11, Bhatia 2-17, Vettori 1-35).
