Canada to meet Russia in repeat world final

1 at the Ice Hockey World Championship on Friday in Switzerland to set up a repeat of last year's memorable final against Russia. Canada got a goal from Derek Roy in the first period then scores from Shawn Horcoff and Roy again in the second for a comfortable victory. Loui Eriksson scored in the third for Sweden. Dwayne Roloson had 22 saves for the win, and Jonas Gustavsson stopped 29 for Sweden. Canada and Russia meet in Sunday's final – a year after the Russians trailed the gold medal match by two goals in the third then won 5-4 in overtime. Russia beat the United States 3-2 earlier Friday. Sweden plays the US for the bronze medal on Sunday.
