A young man helped catch a Qat dealer on Thursday after informing the police of the suspicious behavior of a taxi driver. The Yemeni driver was spotted by the passer-by displaying the contents of his car boot to a group of persons on Palestine Street. When he approached the vehicle the driver quickly closed the boot and sped off. The passer-by informed the police of the details of the vehicle, and when it was stopped by a patrol the driver was found to be carrying quantities of Qat.
