Indian Cultural Society Jeddah (ICSJ) hosted a farewell party for the outgoing Indian Consul (Education and Culture) Dr. Irshad Ahmed in Jeddah recently. Welcoming the guest, ICSJ president Arif Quraishi highlighted Dr. Irshad's selfless services for pilgrims and his apt handling of the affairs of International Indian School Jeddah (IISJ). He recalled that Dr. Irshad had supported him when some elements tried to obstruct his Mushaira by saying that their allegations lack proof. IISJ Principal M.S. Rahman also appreciated Dr. Irshad's interest in school affairs. The outgoing consul appreciated the community services of Arif Quraishi. __
