Two Yemenis convicted of murder and armed robbery were beheaded by the sword on Wednesday in Jizan province, the Interior Ministry said. The two men shot dead a fellow Yemeni after stealing his money and robbing a shop at a petrol station, it said in a statement. It said the two executed Yemenis were part of a larger gang that specialized in armed theft.
