The Islamic University will organize its first international conference on Saudi Arabia's efforts in the service of Islam this month. ?The conference, in collaboration with King Abdul Aziz Foundation for Research and Archives, will highlight Kingdom's role in solidarity among Muslim countries and establishment of various organizations like the Muslim World League and the Organization of Islamic Conference that are dedicated to the service of Islam, the university said in a statement released to the SPA. Saudi Arabia's role in promoting dialogue and unity, ending conflicts and wars, financial assistance to victims, especially to the Palestinians, its support of Islamic NGOs and relief groups and its positive impact in bringing solutions to world problems will be the focus of the conference, the statement said.
