The Ministry of Haj has assigned 100 inspectors in the Umrah Agency to watch the quality of services being provided by Umrah companies in Makkah and Madina. The inspectors will also probe whether the service providers fulfill their contract obligations towards Umrah pilgrims in their custody. Initially, the inspectors have noticed that most of the companies don't employ guides. They also house many of the Umrah pilgrims in buildings far away from the Holy Mosques, as well as holding them for several hours in the yards surrounding the Two Holy Mosques. – Okaz. __
