A man who accuses members of the Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice of harassing his wife has had his case passed by police to the Emir's office. The man, known only as F. Al-Enizi, accused two Hai'a members at their Eastern Harra office of harassing his wife by making calls to her mobile telephone. The Hai'a members told police in Al-Khaldiya that the call was a mistake, and accuse Al-Enizi of attacking them at their office and threatening to kill them. – Okaz/SG Hai'a accelerates training programs The Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (Hai'a) has recently started introducing computers into its training programs to conform to training priorities defined by the Hai'a president as “speed before cost.” Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al-Humayyen, General President of the Hai'a, said upon opening the Hai'a staff computer training project in Riyadh on Sunday that the scheme was one of the most comprehensive systems for upgrading the work of the Hai'a and for making the best use of its human resources. Ibrahim Al-Ali, Director General for Administrative Development at the Hai'a, said the presidency had drawn up a comprehensive training plan focusing on high quality training according to Shariah and scientific principles that addresses the changing needs of the Hai'a and provides continuous revision of training needs. Al-Ali said that 32 percent of Hai'a members had received training during the fiscal year of 2005 to 2006, 66 percent in 2006 to 2007, and 73 percent during the fiscal year of 2007 to 2008.
