wed couple spent only one day in their apartment in the center of Afif town before a short circuit sent their new home up in smoke. The couple was taken to hospital suffering from smoke inhalation, along with one member of the rescue services. An official said the short circuit occurred in an air-conditioning unit, and led to the evacuation of the building.
