The housemaid, who had arrived in the Kingdom only a few days before the incident, was reportedly disturbed after undergoing regulatory medical tests upon her arrival. “When she came back from the hospital,” the injured father said, “she took a knife and stabbed my daughter in the back, and when I tried to help her, the housemaid struck me too.” The housemaid told police that she attacked the family because she thought that the vaccine she was given at hospital was an attempt by the family to harm her.
