A group of 25 Saudi businesswomen, journalists and investors are organizing a specialized bazaar to display products made by Saudi women. The bazaar under the theme “Saudi inventions have no limits” will be opened Tuesday at Women Happy Times Center in Jeddah. Many businesswomen and female investors will participate in the bazaar that offers a range of different styles of abayas, accessories, clothing and traditional handicrafts made by unemployed Saudi women. “We have organized this bazaar to highlight products made by Saudi women and give them a chance to promote them. There are about 10,000 Saudi women working from home,” said Reem Hanabzaza, the bazaar organizer. This bazaar aims to support productive families and to create a productive community by effectively contributing to the economic and social development of the Kingdom, said Hanabzaza. “Many charity associations, health care centers, fashion designers, and divorced women and widows will participate in the bazaar and display their latest products and activities to support and help women,” said Manal Khoja, businesswoman and owner of Women Happy Times Center.
