Under the patronage of the Ministry of Education, the women's division of private education management will organize a discussion forum at the management's headquarters here on April 14 under the theme “By innovation we can achieve excellence.” More than 300 female education staff, investors, and school owners will participate in the forum with the aim of enhancing the relationship between educational associations and educational staff. “The general aim of the forum is to achieve an effective work environment and better communications in the educational sector,” said Amal Radwan, Director of Private Education Management in the Ministry of Education branch in Jeddah. The forum will be held as a knowledge café workshop, said Bassma Adana Al-Seiyoffi, the Supervisor of Private and International Education at the Ministry of Education. “We're going to discuss several themes relating to the problems facing the educational field in order to mobilize the diverse ideas of all participants, without imposing a controlled agenda. This will hopefully lead us to coming up with solutions to overcome the difficulties that stand in the way of the development of better education,” added Radwan. According to Radwan, the targeted group are those who are in charge of educational affairs, directors of departments, and owners and managers of private schools and language institutes and centers in Jeddah. “The café workshop style has been chosen for the forum because it is a very effective way of discussing issues and holding a debate with large groups,” she said.
