The other victims were presidential senior military aide Brigadier Gen. Carlos Clet, Press Undersecretary Jose Capadocia Jr., Perlita Bandayanon, assistant director for regional concerns at the Presidential Management Staff, Police Officer 1 Demy Reno of the Presidential Security Group (PSG), Senior Sergeant Romeo Perez, and pilots Major Ronaldo Sacatani and Captain Alvin Alegata.
