The Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), the foremost non-profit trade and investment promotion organization in Taiwan, is leading a Taiwan Information Communication & Telecommunication (ICT) delegation to visit Riyadh and Dubai in UAE this month. The delegation comprising 18 dynamic companies from Taiwan will exhibit their latest technology and products at GITEX Saudi Arabia 2008 in the Riyadh Exhibition Center, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on April 20-24. From the same group of exhibitors, 5 enterprises will embark on a pre-arranged trade meeting with domestic firms in Dubai on April 27. These events not only provide local enterprises the unique opportunity of meeting the Taiwan delegates in person for discussion on possible business cooperation, but they also serve as an ideal occasion to establish closer trade ties between Taiwan and the countries within the region. The delegation has representations in various areas of the IC & telecommunication industry, among them, are information, computer and telecommunication, including computer keyboards & mouse, USB flash drives, card readers, wireless radio communication systems, voice loggers, VoIP accessories, Skype hardware, unified bandwidth management, barcode scanners, inkjet cartridges, LCD monitors, GSM fixed wireless terminals, IP PBX, fiber optic media conversion and overhead projector curtain. __
