STC is offering a new, smaller and more developed modem device along with an Internet SIM card for the unprecedented low cost, plus one month free subscription in the open Internet category. The offer began on March 21 and ends on May 16, 2009. The new C270 modem introduces state-of-the-art speed technology and works as a memory card when attached to a Micro SD inlet, enabling users to obtain the smallest and fastest modem in the region while enjoying the best network services at the lowest price ever in the region. This latest offer is one of many promotions recently launched by STC that include: reductions on all internet categories (1 gigabytes, 5 gigabytes and the Open category) for all postpaid, SAWA and LANA customers; and 3.5 G SIM cards that have special features such as Internet browsing while moving from one place to another and compatibility with all mobile phones and Al Jawal modems. The unique service facilitates e-mail browsing at any time and supports all Internet applications after activation using any of Al Jawal categories. As another special offer, STC has reduced its 5 gigabytes monthly subscription cost per month and the Open category down. The reductions include Al Jawal Postpaid, SAWA and LANA customers.
