Twelve reputed tour operators from Sri Lanka along with their counterparts in the Kingdom presented the places of tourist attraction to those attending the show. “This tourism fair gives us an opportunity to showcase Sri-Lanka,” said Faiszer Musthpha. “During the last two years, we had 30 percent growth in tourism. We thought of having a road show and bring leading operators and give the Saudis an insight into what we have to offer. This would definitely help us increase the tourism traffic. We are here also to show to the world that peace has finally dawned on the island nation,” he said.
