A court here sentenced four persons to a month in jail each for stealing three rifles from the house of a man who hosted them and offered them lunch. The host tried to resolve the issue by approaching the leaders of his tribe but the four denied the theft charge. The host then reported to the police. One of the accused later confessed to hiding the weapons in his clothes and admitted that the other three men had covered for him.
